We expect to have at least one more. The family is part of our being the way Bob and I view it. He is referring, of course, to making sure his wife and children are left with a financial safety net if he dies earlier than the ripe old age we plan on reaching together. I think if all goes smooth for me I will be pretty open to a large family as long as Bob is too. So when he kids about dying not costing him everything he is referring to that part of him that exists in me somewhat but especially that exists in his offspring. With life insurance, your husbands death won't cost him everything.
It is like we feel it is our duty to mankind, or at least to our bloodline, to have two children. I can see having three or four kids but am willing to hold back on that decision until I see just how child birth goes.
We are about to have our first child. That's how my husband jokes about as to what value a term life policy is to him. It is hard not to hear stories of bad experiences other have gone through during delivery. |
